Gosh, this one is chutney queen's fav - a savoury one it is lip-smakingly good. How someone described it at a market - "it's explode in your face kinda good".

INGREDIENTS
Organic 'rescued' eggplants, organic extra virgin olive oil, curry leaf, cider vinegar, organic ginger and red chilli and fairtrade organic spices

PROVENANCE
Small scale farms in and around NSW (Australia) and Fairtrade food co-operatives in India and Paraguay

HOW TO EAT ME
Fav sourdough toastie recipe (chutney, cheese and poached chicken). With a dhal curry. Boil some rice and few spoons of this epic, lip-smacking chutney. Few blobs on your home made pizza.
